Yesterday (14-May-2023), was my first full week of intermittent fasting. I thought it would be more challenging than it was. I fasted on Monday and Thursday, and the only issue I had was a headache on the day after I fasted. I would have expected more though.
I am intending on continuing this at least until the end of 2023. The reason of my fasting is my weight. Last tie I was weighed, I was 290lbs (132kg) which is not healthy. I know, some people will tell me to do exercises, but with my ankles, and the fact I don’t have a personal gym will hold me back from exercises. I usually only eat 1 – 2 meals a day, and each of my meals is that of a normal person. Also, most of my drinks are water. With all of that in mind, I am doing everything I could.
I am not expecting to get to my ideal weight anytime soon, and I am not sure if I could get to my ideal weight, but I do want to at least reduce my weight. I am sure I can get on a scale at the end of the month, and if I can, I will know if I am going in the correct direction.
